Visa Requirements for MOROCCAN Applicants 

 

Documents required for VISA:

  1. The application form for the student visa must be presented by the applicant himself during the interview with the Embassy of Ukraine's Consular Service. It must consist of the following parts:

  2. Completed visa application form. 

  3. 4 photos 3 out of 4 сm.

  4. Original of the Study Invitation issued by a Ukrainian higher education institution.

  5. Valid national passport with photocopy (first 4 pages).

  6. Attestation of the Baccalaureate and the transcript of marks with the apostille.

  7. Extract of the birth certificate with the apostille.

  8. Medical certificate of fitness for health, This document must be accompanied by the apostille.

  9. Certificate of analysis of AIDS (HIV 1 and HIV 2) legalized by the local authorities and the regional delegation of public health.

  10. A photocopy of the national identity card.

  11. The bank statement of one of the parents of the last three months before filing the file for the visa or last 3 pay slips.

  12. Certificate of care written by one of the parents and accompany with the apostille.

  13. NB: Each document must be accompanied by its photocopy on both sides. The visa issue period is approximately 2 weeks after the submission of all required documents. Visa fee:  85$

 

VISA SENEGAL

1. Valid national passport valid for at least three months after the desired date of expiry of the visa and at least three free pages.

2. Visa application form (to be signed in the presence of the consul).

3. Two recent photos in color on a light background 30x40 mm.

4. HIV / AIDS test certificate.

5. Proof of payment of consular fees for visa fees (85 USD or 52,050 CFA Francs, non-refundable).

6. Certified copy of the birth certificate.

7. Original invitation from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine with the mention on the back of the body for which the invitation has been issued.

8. Certified copy of the certificate of studies with the transcript.

9. Medical certificate issued no later than two months before entering Ukraine.

10. Booking of tickets for Ukraine with open date of return.

11. Letter of guarantee from the parents or another person who bears the cost of studies and stay (to be certified by a notary).

12. The statement of the bank account (for the last 6 months) of the parents or another person who bears the cost of studies and stay.

13. Travel insurance valid for the period of one month from the date of entry into Ukraine (to be purchased only after acceptance of the file by the consul).

Notice: The documents indicated in points 4, 6, 8 and 9 must be legalized at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country of issue. These documents will be legalized at the Ukrainian Embassy.

The costs of legalization that are to be paid only in case of acceptance of the file:

- legalization 40 USD or 24 500 Francs CFA per document.

Visa Requirements for Nigerian Applicants

Benin, Cameroon, Gambia, Ghana,Sao Tome and Principe, Sierra Leone, Togo.

 

Embassy of Ukraine in Nigeria deals with Benin, Democratic Republic of Congo (Kinshasa), Togo, Liberia as well.

Applicants must submit following documents along with Original Invitation letter from a university in Ukraine issued through PE, "Star Consultants Ukraine"

The submission of documents for student visas is starting at the Embassy on May 15. (Visa issued will be valid from 15thof August)

  1. Passport with expiry date of at least 6 months following the end of visa validity and at least 3 blank pages and photocopy of first page of passport.

  2. Visa application form, printed or written in block letters. It must be filled in carefully, clearly and precisely and signed personally by the applicant. It is free of charge to download an electronic version from this web site or to obtain a paper version at the Embassy. (Application for Ukraine entry and transit visa)

  3. Two recent colour pictures against the white background (30x40mm).

  4. Original of birth certificate and a copy legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of issuing country.

  5. Original invitation and its photocopy. When you receive an invitation make, sure there are no mistakes and typos: your name, date of birth, passport number should be identical to those indicated in your passport you submit for the visa.

  6. Original of school-leaving certificate of secondary school (college) record with enclosed statement of results (transcript of marks received) and their copies legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of issuing country. Embassy translate the document into Ukrainian and legalizes.

  7. Medical certificate of general fitness legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of issuing country. Medical certificate is valid for TWO MONTHS, which means an applicant has to enrol to his/her institution within two months since medical certificate was issued. Embassy translate the document into Ukrainian and legalizes.

  8. Results of HIV/AIDS test legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of issuing country. Embassy translate the document into Ukrainian and legalizes.

  9. Ticket reservation for Ukraine with open return date.

  10. Original of a sponsorship letter (attested by a notary) in a form of a court affidavit, which must include a full name of a sponsor, his/her address, landline and mobile telephone number, e-mail (if any), and obligation of a sponsor to cover expenses of an applicant.

  11. Original of recent bank statements of a sponsor (for the past six months and should be personal not a company account); minimum amount should be sufficient to cover all applicant’s expenses during his/her first year in Ukraine (tuition fees and daily expenses).

  12. Receipt of payment of visa fees (85 USD).

  13. The insurance policy valid for the period of one month starting while entering the territory of Ukraine.

VISA INDIA

 

1. Original of invitation for study and its photocopy;

2. Original of birth certificate and its photocopy with translation into Ukrainian language;

3. Original of school-leaving certificate with transcript of marks and their photocopies with translation into Ukrainian language;

4. Medical certificate of general fitness and its photocopy issued no more than 2 months before University studies’ process begin;

5. Original of affidavit (sponsorship letter), which has to contain: a full name of a sponsor, his/her address, telephone numbers, e-mail, and obligation of a sponsor to cover expenses (stating sum of expenses) of an applicant;

6. Photocopy of sponsor`s ID/passport;

7. The original of person’s or sponsor’s bank statement for the last six months. Minimum amount should be sufficient to cover all applicant’s expenses during his/her first year in Ukraine (tuition fees and daily expenses);

8. The insurance policy valid for the period of stay in Ukraine and its photocopy.

Originals of birth certificates, school-leaving certificates and medical certificates must be legalized by the relevant Ministry of foreign affairs.

VISA KENYA 

Burundi, Malawi, Union of Comoros Islands, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda

 

1. Passport that should meet the following requirements:

     be valid for at least three months after the stated date of departure from Ukraine;

     have at least two blank visa designated pages;

     have validity period of no longer than 10 years;

2. invitation for study (internship) issued by a higher education institution and registered according to the procedure established by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine;

 3. completed and signed Visa Application form (you will need Acrobat Reader to view or print these forms). Visa application forms of minors shall be submitted for each person and signed by a parent or legal guardian. For speeding up application process Visa Application Forms should be submitted online via  http://visa.mfa.gov.ua web site;

4. one coloured photo 35 mm x 45 mm;

5. valid health insurance with coverage of at least 30,000 EUR or equivalent in other currency. When multi-entry visa is requested, availability of health insurance valid for the first intended visit to Ukraine shall be considered. Holders of diplomatic or service passport shall be exempt from this requirement;

6. proof of the sufficient  financial means for the intended period of stay and return to the country of origin, or transit to a third country, or the possibility to legally obtain sufficient financial means on the territory of Ukraine (at the rate of 750 USD per 15 days stay). Holders of diplomatic or service passport shall be exempt from this requirement;

7.  payment of consular fee, unless otherwise stipulated by legislation or international treaties of Ukraine.

8.  together with all items listed above the following documents related to the purpose of entry must be submitted for visas.

VISA EUROPE

 

1. Valid national passport valid for at least three months after the desired date of expiry

  • visa and at least three free pages.

  • a residence permit  (for foreigners);

2. Visa application form.

3. Original of invitation for study and its photocopy;

4. Travel medical insurance covering the entire length of stay in Ukraine up to reimbursement 30,000 euros is mandatory;

5. proof of receipt (bank account statement, support etc.)

6. 2 color photos 35 x 45 mm (for official documents);

7. Certification of the Baccalaureate and the Transcript of Marks.

WARNING! Any foreign document is subject to the procedure of the apostille, its official translation into Ukrainian is also indispensable.

VISA EGYPT

 

1) Passport that should meet the following requirements:

  •      be valid for at least three months after the stated date of departure from Ukraine;

  •      have at least two blank visa designated pages;

  •      have validity period of no longer than 10 years;

2. Original of invitation for study and its photocopy;

3. completed and signed Visa Application form (you will need Acrobat Reader to view or print these forms). VISA ALGERIA

 
  1. Original (and full photocopy) of the standardized invitation for studies (traineeship) in Ukraine issued by the institution of higher education and registered according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Research of Ukraine;

  2. - original (and copy thereof) of the baccalaureate diploma (in French) legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Algeria and the Consular Service of the Embassy of Ukraine (Application form for legalization (click to download);

  3. - original (and copy thereof) of the transcript of the baccalaureate certificate (in French) legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Algeria and the Consular Service of the Embassy of Ukraine (Application form for the legalization (click to Download);

  4. - original (and copy thereof) birth certificate of the person concerned (in French) legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Algeria and the Consular Service of the Ukrainian Embassy (Application form for legalization (click to download);

  5.  - passport (which contains at least 2 blank sheets, issued for less than 10 years and still has at least 3 months of validity after the end of the validity of the visa) and its full photocopy (except empty pages);

  6. - visa application form duly completed in the "Visa" system - which allows foreigners and stateless persons to register a visa application and make an online appointment at http://visa.mfa.gov. ua /.

The form (downloaded in the "Visa" system) must be printed and signed by the interested party.

The photo you upload in the "Visa" system must be of superior quality and "passport" format (3.5x4.5 cm);

  7. - a photo in color 3.5x4.5 cm;

  8. - Nominative medical insurance (and its full photocopy) corresponding to the length of stay covering at least 30,000 euros of medical expenses (in case of multiple visa - for the duration of the first stay).

Holders of diplomatic and service passports are exempt from this formality;

  9. - certificate of personal resources in Algeria (bank account statement (in French) and history of banking transactions in the last quarter in Algerian dinars).

The minimum sum for each day of stay in Ukraine is 50 US dollars for one person (in case of multiple visa - for the duration of the first stay).

Holders of diplomatic and service passports are exempt from this formality;

 10. - Work certificate for employees indicating the amount of the salary of the person concerned over the last 3 months, the hiring date, the name and address of the company and CERTIFICATION CNAS (and its complete photocopy)

 is

Private Contractor Certificate officially translated into French (and full photocopy)

 is

certificate of study for students and schoolchildren (in French)

 is

 pension certificate for retirees (in French).

 Assisted persons whose travel is funded by a family member, must submit a letter of support   (in French), as well as proof of the income of this financial sponsor;

 11. - reservation of the return transport (and its complete photocopy) (we recommend not to buy the tickets definitively before obtaining the visa) (in case of multiple visa - for the first stay);

 12. - payment of the consular tax (the bank receipt) according to the tariff in force. The payment is made in Algerian dinars after the filing of the file with the Consular Service of the Embassy of Ukraine in Algeria.
